This page describes information handled by VetMeds Directory’s directory and inquiry features. Third-party pharmacy websites, hosting services and any future integrations can have their own policies.

Information you submit

The contact form collects a contact name, email address and message. The sponsorship form also asks for company, website and sponsorship interest, with an optional message. Submissions include a request identifier and receipt time and are stored as private administrative inquiry records. Do not send prescriptions, medical records, payment details or personal health information.

Searches and technical safeguards

Medication and filter choices appear in the page URL. Avoid personal details in search fields. Inquiry forms use validation, a request token and short-lived rate limiting. The rate-limit key is derived from the request’s network address rather than storing that address in the inquiry record. Your browser and hosting infrastructure may handle technical logs or cookies outside these custom directory records.

Inquiry access and notifications

Directory inquiries are accessible through the site’s administrative area; they are not published as directory content or exposed through the public inquiry API. Email notifications are a separate delivery feature. Saving a message does not establish that email has been sent or received. Administrative access and any configured mail service affect how inquiries can be accessed.

External links and optional integrations

Following a pharmacy link takes you to a separate website with its own information practices. This directory update does not activate advertising trackers or analytics network requests. If traffic measurement, advertising or another integration is enabled later, its data handling should be reviewed and this page updated to describe the actual configuration.

Questions about a submission

Use Contact to ask about directory information or a message you submitted. Inquiry records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule in the custom directory code. No fixed retention period or deletion deadline is promised on this page.
